Our Return & Exchange Policy
Most companies that offer custom engraved items do not allow returns – but we’re not like most companies. We want awesome reviews from every single one of our customers, whether you’re satisfied or not. Take a look at the following scenarios to get more information regarding your return or exchange:
- OUR MISTAKE – If an item you purchased is unsatisfactory due to an error or mistake from our company during production, we will happily refund or replace the order within 30 days of the purchase free of charge.
- YOUR MISTAKE – If an item you created has misspelled text or a misplaced a graphic, we will replace the item within 30 days of the purchase for a $5 engraving & handling fee. Don’t worry, nobody is perfect… except for the Engravologist.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – If an item you purchased is defective, we will happily refund or replace the order within 120 days of the purchase free of charge.
- UGLY PRODUCT – If you created something and you just don’t like it, we will refund the order within 30 days of the purchase, minus a $5 processing fee.
Do I Need to Return The Item?
Nope. We trust you. Since everything we sell is customized, these items can not be re-sold or re-engraved so there’s no sense in wasting your time. Go ahead and re-gift it to Great Aunt Myrna next Christmas. 😉
